Peanut Butter Fudge

Sorry I have no photo. I tend to forget to take pictures when I make food!
This is a famous family recipe. It's the best recipe around too! Enjoy!

Enid's Peanut Butter Fudge
In a large bowl combine:
28 ounces (or 1 3/4lbs) chocolate
7 ounces marshmallow cream
1 Tbs vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
In a large skillet, heavy boil (about 5 minutes):
1 cube butter
4 cups sugar
2 cups sour cream
Add to bowl and beat. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan and chill.
