This Salsa is from a friend, Michelle Lunt and it is very tasty!
1 large bunch or 2 small bunches of cilantro
5 medium tomatoes
garlic (I use the kind in the jar)
about a Tbsp. salt (to taste)
1-2 bunches of green onion (to taste)
1/2 to 1 jalapeno (I use the outside--not the seeds, but I don't like things too spicy!)
Blend together in food processor. Serve fresh only
